Jaybie Mantilla had another fine performance after finishing with 21 points, shooting 8-of-12 from the field, and added four rebounds and three steals while Jan Jamon registered 15 points, including three triples.

Ahead by a solitary point in the fourth quarter, AMIN – Zamboanga Sibugay Warriors ended the game on a 12-2 run led by Rhaffy Octobre to finally seal the deal and preserve Game 1 win.
Richard Kwong led the BYB Kapatagan Buffalos with 19 points, nine rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Conference MVP Edrian Lao was held to just six points on 2-of-13 shooting.
